i want to upgrade my computer with a video card (i know that i have a apu, but i cant affort right know another motherboard and cpu) Which one i choose?
r7 360: Load Wattage: 270 W
Recommended PSU Wattage: 320 W (http://outervision.com/b/xnOHVt)

r9 270: Load Wattage: 337 W
Recommended PSU Wattage: 387 W (http://outervision.com/b/AZxE1i)

The stats are calculated with this http://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator (with all the components taking in cosideration)
i made a reseacrh than the "decents" psus will have 80 plus, meaning that they will have a little more of 80% efficiency, but i know that my psu is genereic and i dont know how much efficiency this will have (if is at least 65% im good to go)

Solution
In theory, yes, they should work together.

However, without knowing the actual make/model of your PSU, we really can't be more specific.
