i bought a 6850k & ROG RAMPAGE V EDITION 10. im sure all have to flash the bios which all check.

Question: when i look at the support page in cpu they have my cpu and bios file. but on the driver and tools they have the windows 7 64 bit bios which im going to install windows 7. im pretty sure i cant install both of them or if so in what order. or do i just forget about one of them. thx for any help someone can give me.

I am not sure what you are asking.

DO NOT flash the motherboard bios on speculation.
A failure can permanently brick your motherboard.
Update the bios only if it fixes a problem that is impacting you.

Any motherboard will have the latest available bios level installed.
Just install your cpu and enjoy.

i was going to check to make sure what bios version it had before i did anything but my question was if the version in the bios wasnt right and needed to be upgraded on the support page there is a spot for cpu support for many diff cpus for bios. and on same page there is drivers and tools and the spot for bios files. what one should i use. from what you have said is just put cpu in and just go and everything will work itself out. which im sure im going to have some kinda conflict with all new parts.
