I just bought this PSU what i wrote above because it was cheap compared to the others and also from a big / quality brand but i could not find any bad / good things, in fact i could not find any tests, except Hexus net. Can i beleive in this page or do you have any experience with it?
Is the Be Quiet! System Power 8 (500w) a decent PSU?

It's one of their cheapest offerings for a reason , they aren't very good ,. made by HEC , they don't release good power supplies.
Exactly this is one of the cheapest one by Be Quiet! and i also know it. But i hope its still not that bad quality PSU? I mean it can hit the average level or maybe a bit above? I do not want to overlock anything, or overuse the components included the psu, simple daily use and gaming. I just would like to know its a safety PSU, and i can trust in itself i mean it wont causes any damage in my components or something.

I don't think it will harm your components , but the quality is lacking , similar in quality to the low end EVGA HEC models.
Just upgrade down the road

Yes it will be fine others in that price range are the same quality or less , should be fine.
