I was getting bluescreens of death so I decided to rebuild my computer (dont ask why amongst other reasons too eg loose wire) and thats not what the issue I've come here with. It's that I've plugged everything in properly and my video card fans spin but no signal is going from the video card to the monitor. Yes, everything's in properly, including the videocard in the pci-e (i heard all the satisfactory clicking noises). It was working before I rebuilt. Any ideas?
