Hello, I have been given the budget of about 1000 €. I already have an idea how the system will look, but I want an unbiased opinion. So, the whole system (monitor. keyboard, mouse, and OS excluded)

PS, the CPU has to be Intel, for business reasons.

Also, this is my current system if you wana use anything for the build but I doubt it.

Old PC:

Intel® Core™ i3-2100 Processor
(3M Cache, 3.10 GHz)
4GB DDR3
Windows 7 Ultimate (64-bit)
Asus P8P67
AMD HD7770 Core edition 1 gb
OCZ modXtream pro 700W psu

EDIT:
Approximate Purchase Date: e.g.: this month
Budget Range: up to 1000€ full price

System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming,(good CPU also req as said below in the comments)
Are you buying a monitor: No

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: I do not want to buy online, just an opinion which parts should I get so I could get them on my own

Location: Croatia

Parts Preferences: Intel CPU)

Overclocking: No
SLI or Crossfire: Maybe

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080,

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: My PC is outdated and I would like a new one, but I thought that was sorta given :/

Gaming mostly, but It is also my work PC which does serious workload for a long time, f.e. Programs used for Civil engineering can be up for hours doing complex calculations, which is why I'd prefer an Intel CPU

It's not that it isn't suitable, but it's old and now powerful enough to run modern games well. And do anything as fast as I would like
