A high quality lower wattage PSU will power a GTX 970 better than a poor quality 700W PSU will. Too often GPU manufacturers will overstate PSU requirements because of shoddy quality PSUs. A GTX 960 outputs 145W, so that plus the CPU you're looking at...

This motherboard doesnt support DDR4 RAM.
Here is the manufacturers pafge: https://www.asus.com/fi/Motherboards/H110M-A-D3/

And you won't need a 700W PSU. Good quality 550W will easily do: EVGA SuperNOVA 550 GS. This holds as long as you will not be doing any huge overclocks or dual GPUs.
And LoL doesn't require much of a GPU, and you propably can run it on low settings with your CPUs integrated GPU.

And SSDs do NOT give you any FPS in games. They hasten your loading times, but they are still highly recommended.

A high quality lower wattage PSU will power a GTX 970 better than a poor quality 700W PSU will. Too often GPU manufacturers will overstate PSU requirements because of shoddy quality PSUs. A GTX 960 outputs 145W, so that plus the CPU you're looking at a minimum output of 220W. But that's not including everything that will be attached to said motherboard and CPU. So really a quality 550W PSU like what was suggested will be a better buy than the PSU you want to buy.
