asus is a better quality motherboard with an intel NIC(internet)

- the h7 is even better than the 212 evo http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2768727/cryorig-hyper-212-evo-killer.html
and this one is even better than the h7 ( when it comes to cooling nothing beats cryorig its their specialty).
