Please help, I have a corrupted system file...

About a year ago my computer got a blue screen while watching a movie and ever since it won't boot properly. It starts up fine but after about a minute or so it blue screens and shuts off. It works in Directory Services Restore Mode so I've just been using like that since it isn't my main computer, but lately it has begun to crash even if I have just a few tabs open in a web browser. I ran the system file checker and it found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. I looked at the details and it shows that "attrib.exe.mui" is corrupt. Is there any way to replace it if I don't have a Win 7 install disc? Thanks in advance for taking the time.

copy the minidump from the c:\windows\mindump directory to a cloud server like microsoft onedrive, share the file for public access and post a link.

the bugcheck code and error codes can be read and help to determine why windows shut down.

i think that file is just a localize version that gets renamed to attrib.exe during the install.
(so your attrib.exe command will use the correct language in all of its text strings)
most likely this is just a bug in the system file checker utility rather than a real problem.
these old commands were compiled 1 version for each supported languages and are just renamed during the final install of windows. the german version of the command would have a different checksum than the french version, which would be different from the USA english or the UK english versions. I expect the sfc.exe just checks against the USA English version
(a minor bug) I would ignore it just because I think if you even had the correct disk it would not fix the problem.
