Windows 10 reboot loop

hi recently i tried to factory reset my old pc so my brother could use it and when it got to around 70% it set that resetting failed and the only option was to cancel. so i did that and now im stuck in an endless reboot loop! please help me. The pc came pre installed with windows 8.1 and then was upgraded to windows 10. thanks for any replies!

Well first is power off the computer, then pop open the case. There might either be a card installed into a slot, remove the card and see if the reboot loop stops. The other place the wifi card might be is on the motherboard. If you look to the left of the heatsink in the lower right hand corner you will see the wifi card with two thin wires coming from it. Just undo the screws, and lift up on the card. Leave the wires attached just make sure the card is not touching any metal or the motherboard and power the computer back on.
