Hello. I'm here to ask you that if this temperatures are fine or too high after OC to 4500 MHz ?
stabilitytest.png

I got:
Processor Intel Core i7-6700K,
Cooler SilentiumPC Fortis 3 HE1425 (SPC130)
Motherboard Asus Z170 PRO GAMING, Z170
Case SilentiumPC Pax M70 Pure Black (fully closed, 3 fans)

Solution
Put the volt at 1.3 and try again . My 6700k runs at 1.25v 4.4ghz and max temps max load ( my room has 30 degrees) is about 65 under water.whats your room temps? What's the CPU temps in idle? I don't know your cooler but when I overclock to 4.7 the temps were about 75c . Try to lower the volt and check the temps again.

Temperatures are acceptable but barely. 1.36v seems high though. Not into skylake OCing but my 4th gen hasswel-e does 4.5 at 1.220v. 1.36v was already high for hasswel and I would expect lower voltages for skylake. But hey I got stuck at hasswel for now (you know how that goes) so how should I know... My guess though....

I leave volt at stock and set OC to 4.4 GHz. The maximum temps were around 75 degrees at stress test. I made little stability test for 15 mins and it passed without errors. I belive its good.
