Here I got my super build which I tend to use for gaming and programming. I just need to know if I got any problems before I buy.

That above is my so called 'super build'. I've seen some benchmarks so I expect over 60fps on most games like GTA V, Rainbow Six Siege, and Black Ops 3. I will be playing on pretty high settings but most likely not ultra settings. If you have any suggestions please list them.

You need to fix your drives! For what your doing the M.2 drive will show you no performance increase and the SATA SSD is 1/2 the price per GB so a much better buy for you. For the Red drives that's fine and dandy for storage but not very fast. I would get the 500GB SATA SSD, add a 1TB WD Black drive and drop the 3TB down to a 2TB (keep the 3TB if you wish not much price difference) it gives you a much better drive setup. (you will need to buy 1 extra SATA cable)
I would also go ahead and get faster memory since their little price increase.
100 Bucks cheaper, better drive setup, faster memory.

Solution
Wrong monitor - the one you list is freesync, need gsync for nVidia. Best bang for the buck right now is the Dell S2716DG - it's $100 or more cheaper than competing brands with same specs. Turn off deep sleep right out the gate and calibrate colors from tftcentral article.

200 Bucks more and the monitor he picked will work just fine.
