Hey everyone,

I bought the Asus Z170I Pro Gaming LGA 1151 Intel and I've read a lot of reviews where people have said that the WIFI sucks and that they recommend buying a Intel Wireless-AC 8260 with it. There was one buyer who said," Luckily the WI-FI card under its shielded box was just a M2 mini pci-e slot." However I've also read that WIFI is great and they had no problems. Anyways, I just wanted to know how to take off the shielded box without damaging my motherboard if I needed to buy a new wireless card.

Please let me know if anything wasn't clear.

Thanks,

Wow! Thank you so much boosted1g... that was more that I was expecting to get! That is extremely helpful :)

Oh one more thing would you happen to know if the Intel Wireless-AC 8260 is a good card I've read good reviews, I figured I asked you since you have the wireless medal beside your name.

Thank you!
