ok, so I am trying to flash a BenQ VAD-6038 but I cant seem to find the I/O port number or whatever for the disk drive which I need to flash the disk. I am using a IDE/SATA to USB 3.0 Adapter to connect the disk drive to my laptop but I cant seem to see it in my device manager. When I look at the USB port I plugged it into in Device Manager it just has a yellow triangle next to it, and when I click properties it says "The device cannot start (Code 10)" I have looked for drivers for the adapter I have and I cant seem to find any. Someone help me please I really want this Drive flashed, we have tried EVERYTHING

Thanks
-Max :)
