Slow internet only on one device

Hi, I buy a laptop (Lenovo Y5070) last year and when i connected to my WiFi it is really slow, but its only on my Laptop. My PC ,my other laptop, or my phone have no problem. When I play DOTA2 (on PC) with my other 2 brothers (with their own laptop) we can play normally without lags. But if I play with my Laptop (Y5070) suddenly its lag . But when i check task manager, all apps network usage almost 0%, only few of them not. How to fix ? Thank you.

you can't turn it off just delay the updates. but with the major update coming in august you will be able to set a time of day for windows to install the updates

besides if you are getting lag all the time then its not windows update doing it as windows only checks and installs updates periodically. it does not constantly check for updates

ok ill try that. btw do you know how to turn off windows 10 auto update.I think that may cause those lag.

how to delay the update? I rarely use my laptop so maybe thats why I see its always update
