Graphics card search PLEASE HELP

I've been looking really hard to find THE BEST graphics card that is safe for a 460 watt power supply and what gives me the MOST fps for a 460 watt graphics card. i dont care for 4k gaming right now just 1080p my budget is $450 and here are my specs
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz
Logical cores: 8
CPUID : GenuineIntel family 6, model 5E, stepping 3
Tjmax : 100°C

GPU
Display device : GeForce GT 730 on GK208 GPU
Power Supply: 460watts

Also my pc is a XPS 8900 and i only have 2 6 pin connectors

The 460w PSU in those PC's is a decent quality delta unit.
Yes it'll handle gtx 970/1070/ RX 480 just fine.
Just look for cards that only require a single 8 pin or 2x6 pins

With $450 (assuming located in the US) you can upgrade both your graphics card and power supply. The R9 480x seem a little scarce right now and the GTX 1070s are pushing your budget (if you want to include a power supply). I'd probably wait until the 480x are better stocked or look to the release of the GTX 1060.

Whatever card you get, I'd probably be looking at a power supply like this one:

I wouldnt go with R7 370. It is equivalane to my 760 and that will be a small upgrade from 730. So Get a RX 480 instead

I just want the graphics card alone not looking to upgrade my power supply right now and is the rx 480 a 2 6 pin graphics card also is it the best graphics card fps wise for my 460 watt power supply requirment

Also i could buy a different branded gtx 1070 but is it better than the rx 480 and will it not ruin and mess up my XPS 8900 and/or the graphics card itself for my 460 watt power supply that i have and arent upgrading
