I put in new parts on this old dc5750 supporting Windows Vista (lol) which I hope to upgrade to Windows 10, I replaced the CPU with a new AMD Athlon x2 64 6000+ and I put a new PSU(evga silver 80+ cert), upgrading it from 300W to 430W. And lastly, a old but new Nvidia GeForce GT 710 graphics card.

I read the motherboard manual and looked for indications of the motherboard not posting or booting properly and everything works fine. On this particular motherboard if there are no blinking green LEDs and you hear no beeps, it indicates it booted properly. I reseted the CMOS and checked all connections. Just in case you guys want to read over the motherboard manual I will link it below:

So my problem, I checked out my monitor, a shitty but good RCA monitor and it works fine but my PC wont display. I have no idea what to do anymore. I have checked my RAM, I have tried booting it different ways, nothing is working.
