Well, I'd like a laptop, simply for portability. My Dad's office has a 17" Acer laptop that they aren't using. I offered them $200 for it, here's the specs:

Intel i7-4510U
8GB DDR3
Nvidia GeForce 840M
Not sure about the HDD/SSD, but I'll be dropping a 250GB SSD in it anyways.

Now, if that 840M chip performs better than (or pretty darn close to) my Radeon HD 5850, then I'll be happy. How does the 840M stack up against the HD 5850?

The main game I play is MBII (https://www.moviebattles.org).
