Help: AMD FX8320E 70oC without using anything

Can anybody help me please? I'm new to the forum and I don't know anything about hardware. All my other computer pieces are with fine temperatures. And I wish to do a stronger OC on my graphic cards, it didn't pass 70 degrees while OC under stress. But I will make another topic about that.

My CPU is getting high temperatures loads, I don't know what to do. Here are some prints:

CPU can get up to 80 degrees when gaming. anything under 85 is absolutely fine.

Use amd overdrive to look at the thermal margin. If it's well over 0 degrees Celsius, you are fine. If not, which CPU cooler is it? Did you apply the thermal paste correctly?
Search for pea method over the internet.

23c thermal Margin. What does that mean? Can I overclock my CPU? How? I just used turbo clock, did a stability test. AI Suite II said CPU wen 75 degrees Celcius, but AMD Overdrive maintained a 20c degree margin.

AMD reads the temp. correctly. If it reaches 0°C the cpu will throttle.

Which cpu cooler is it? the stock cooler is not recommended for overclocking and won´t cool the cpu enough though

I've tried to turbo clock then benchmark and it went below 0 degrees. So i've removed turbo clock. I don't know the cooler, they were free on the market I built the PC. But they aren't anything special.
