So i just got my Self a Dell dell S2716DG for my main monitor while having 2 other 22" Samsung 60Hz monitors, the thing is my GPU temperatures are so much higher now than before. people say lowering down from 144hz to 120hz helps but nothing is happening for me. im a bit annoyed that my tempratures are reaching 60c on idle on my GPU which keep causing the fan to go on and off. also gpu memory not clocking down staying at 3506Mhz and core clock at 925Mhz instead of 135Mhz on idle before. :S

Solution
I think I know the problem.
When using a multi monitor setup, especially at the resolutions you're pushing, your graphics card will not run at the lowest idle clocks due to the fact that it needs to sync monitor refreshes between the three panels.
It runs quite a bit hotter due to the fact that it is handling a lot of synchronization at once, hence the higher temperatures compared to when you were running a single monitor setup.
It is fine to have the fans running 24/7.
Older generations of GPUs did it just fine with no problems.

It is most likely due to the fact that it is running one QHD and two 1080p displays at once, which is more or less the equivalent of 4k. This requires the GPU to push significantly more memory to run the monitors.
Are you sure that it is completely idled when taking these statistics? Or are there programs running in the background?
If the fan is annoying you, turn up your fan curve, you'll get cooler temps and less annoyance.
Take some temps while under gaming load and post them here.

Yes, completley idle nothing running on the background. Tested some gaming temps are around the 75c when playing the witcher. i could use a custom curve though that would not help clocks to go down. is it okay? to have the fans running 24/7? since they were designed to be off at idle?

What graphics card do you have by the way? I forgot to ask.
Check that all the fans are working! :)
