here is my full spec,

CPU : FX 6300 3.5/4.4 Ghz
GPU : GTX 960 MSI GAMING 4GB
Ram : G-skill Ripjaws V 8GB 1600 MHz
PSU : TT Litepower 550W
Windows 10 Pro x64
Most updated driver
old driver uninstalled with ddu and new driver downloaded from nvidia server thn installed.
cpu temp is TJ max : 69 (core temp)
gpu temp idk bt normal..
By tomshardwares many articles this cpu shouldnt bottleneck this gpu
thn what is the wrong.... :(
please help guys...

In cs go the gpu usage is even 5% ????
i m getting mad anyone please help... :(
others peoples are playing with 200+ in cs go with same config...(you tube)

the problem also happend when i didnt installed the MSI after burner...
and where can i find that settings ?

I wouldn't worry then. This was an issue specifically with AMD cards a while back, but I wouldn't bother with it if you didn't have it installed at the time. Another thing like it can be found in the Nvidia control panel.
In settings, choose maximum performance instead of adaptive for power management.
Let me know how you go.
