This problem started happening a couple days after I built my computer. It just now started up again. What happens is a random USB connected sound plays then disconnect sound, almost as if I were plugging in a USB which I am not. What pops up is: http://puu.sh/q6Klw.png which states the last plugged in USB device has malfunctioned. This connect/disconnect thing happens quick as well so the device with the yellow exclamation point in the device manager doesn't last. When looking at the properties it says "Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)" I also took screenshots of the paths: http://puu.sh/q6Kzi.png

Is there anything I can do to fix this? I've tried disabling and uninstalling it but it seems to disconnect before I can finish and thus not fixing the issue. This seems to not affect anything other than just being plain annoying.

My front panel only has my usb headset in the USB 2.0 slot. I did use an external HDD with the front panel and it did say there were issues with the drive but I fixed it. Even after that it still happened. I can't really pinpoint where the error is coming from because it's so random. The last time it happened was 10 days ago. Friend said maybe the front panel wasn't plugged in all the way when building?

I opened my pc and saw that the front panel was connect to "jusb2" on my motherboard, should it be jusb1?
