Can the i5 6402p be Over clocked?

Solution
Since February new bios updates are on the loop which prevents oc over bclk.
The new CPUs aren't supported from the motherboard's without this update. You could try, but it's very unlikely that it works with an older bios

Thanks,

I know that non "k" models aren't meant to be overclocked but in this article:
http://overclocking.guide/updated-msi-z170-non-k-overclocking-guide-new-bios/

It says non "k" skylake can be overclocked, but it seems it also depends on the mobo.
I'm not to well knowledgeable on OC'ing or anything but would be nice to know that I can do it in the future with this cpu.

I see, is there a list somewhere on which mobos let non k skylakes oc?
