Do they expect me to give up. I actually recieved an email stating the Person (Singular) that handles rebates was on vacation That was over 2 months ago. I want that persons job, just for the vacation benefits alone. This is getting ridiculous. Do they expect me to give up? I love the products but I was promised a rebate.
