Need cheap mini PC for thesis --> buy Braswell now or wait for Skylake to become cheaper?

I can get a Braswell box (ZOTAC ZBOX BI323) with N3150 plus 8GB RAM and 128GB SSD now for 200€. CPU should be fine now for office work and internet and be fine next year. I can wait a bit though. Should I wait or buy now?
