I've recently completed my build(6700k+z170+GTX1070FE+16RAM).
It's in CM Storm Trooper, without window and I need a window/glass panel. I'm thinking about working on a Acrylic/Plexi with magnets replacing whole current side panel! Is it a good idea?! I'm afraid that magnets and static discharge from glass could harm my PC. Also magnets and full glass (acry/plex) will decrease my work (no holes / cuts). Give me other ideas too. Thanks.

Don't bother, just get a better case like the Corsair 400 or a Fractal Design Define R5 with a pre-built panel.

Unless you have a water cutter or know how to finish acrylic panels, it'll look horrible. If you want to still do it yourself, get metal working shears and cut out a section of the current side panel, then fold in and glue the acrylic to the panel. You should be able to hide the rougher edges under the remaining panel that way
