Hi there!

Before I start this post, I must say that I'm 14 (so I can't really take out the cover of the computer (kinda scared to break stuff). Also if you wonder how I have some knowledge on computers, I spend a lot of time on computers and stuff so I know the basics.)
I have looked for an answer to my problem but haven't found one.

So, you've read the title, there is suddenly no display on the monitor and all of the fans run at full speed (it is really loud). I can't really tell which fans are running fast, I just hear a loud fan noise.
It all happened a peaceful day. I was playing a game, Minecraft, and all of the sudden, the screen goes black and all the fans go super fast. I didn't know what happened, I was scared and I tried to do a cold reset (by holding the power button for 5 seconds), but it didn't want to shutdown for some reason, so I pulled the plug. I plugged the computer back and started it, and it all worked right. Then, I went to Minecraft again and the problem happens again. Did the same thing again, but when I rebooted my computer, I did a hardware check (I pressed on F9 when it showed the computer logo and it brought me to a hardware checking screen). It checked the CPU, RAM and when it tried to check the SSD, the problem happened again. Tried to reboot my computer and, what a surprise! I get a bluescreen : "0xC000021A - STATUS_SYSTEM_PROCESS_TERMINATED". I had enough, asked my dad to format the SSD (because I thought it was the problem), and we installed a brand new Windows 7. It's been 2 weeks and nothing happened.
8 months later, the problem happened again. My dad brought the SSD to another computer and put a fresh new HDD in the "glitchy computer". When I'm typing this, I'm using this "other" computer and nothing happened. It's been 3 months, but I really want the other PC back (but as I'm scared of the fans going crazy anytime, I gave it to my dad and he's using it since now)
What is weird is that the problem happens randomly. I tilted the glitchy PC once and it triggered the problem. After a reboot, tried tilting it again several times and it didn't do anything. Even browsing on the internet can trigger this.
I really don't know the source of the problem, because I also tried to stress the GPU until GPU usage was at 100%, nothing happened.
And that's why I came here, I'm really lost.

Here are the specs of the glitchy computer :
OS : Windows 10
Computer : HP-Pavilion WC878AA-ABF 300-1125fr
Type : 64 bit
CPU : AMD Athlon(tm) II X3 400e, 2200MHz (never overclocked), 3 cores, 3 logical processors
BIOS : American Megatrends Inc., v5.12
SMBIOS version : 2.6
Baseboard manufacturer : Pegatron Corporation
RAM : 4.0GB, Speed 1333MHz, form factor SODIMM
GPU : ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics
Screen : 1600x900, 59Hz
(when this PC was mine : )
SSD : SanDisk SDSSDH9128G (120GB)
(right now : )
HDD : WDC WD6400AAKS-65A7B2 (596GB)

Please help me, this PC is better than the one I currently have and has more functionalities.
Thank you.

Forgot to mention, I don't want to keep changing of HDD/SSD every 6-12 months because of this glitch

Solution
I have to agree - if you are not really familiar with repairing computers, now is NOT the time to try opening up an unknown box that looks complex. Finding a service tech who does know that type of machine is our best bet.

I really doubt that the SSD caused the problem. It is more likely that the problem just happened to occur at the time it was accessing the SSD on one occasion.

The fast fans is a simple symptom of a particular situation. You may not have noticed this. On almost all computers when you first turn it on, all the fans start up at full speed to be sure they start. In a few seconds as the first stages of the mobo's POST process complete, the automatic temperature sensor and fan control system starts to work and reduces those fan speeds to what is needed for the cool system to stay cool. BUT if the start-up gets frozen very early in the POST process because of a discovered fault, the process will never get to the stage of reducing fan speed. That is why the fans stay fast - it's a symptom that something else is REALLY wrong.

Now, what you describe is an intermittent failure on the "glitchy" machine, and those are a hard type to identify. Sometimes the only way is to keep using the machine, make notes when it fails, and hope either that the problem will get so bad the cause can be found, or that your notes will display a pattern that helps with diagnosis. I've been through one of those, and it took nearly a year of observing and trying small steps before I became especially suspicious of the Power Supply Unit (PSU) and was able to confirm it had odd-looking components inside. A replacement completely solved the problem in my case, but it took a long time for the problem to become frequent enough and with common clear symptoms so I could diagnose properly.

Fans speed are running at something around 3000RPM at POST, but computer boots normally. When I'm on Windows and just let this PC sit there for a while, the fans run at a slow speed (monitored it, was 1500RPM), then randomly, the PC decides to "shutdown the monitor" and to run (all) fans at 6000RPM. I swear it runs x2-x4 faster than at POST.
Can't really figure out where is the PSU on this PC because it's not really a PC with these towers. It's the monitor and all components packed together AND as I mentioned, I'm scared of breaking stuff in my PC so I won't disassemble it... Might need to ask help or something idk.

One last thing before I send this PC for repair :
How is it possible for the problem to STOP whenever you change HDD/SSD? (it does restart after a while though). This is the part where I'm lost.

Ok so it's a bit late and I didn't send this computer for repair though.
I managed to trigger the crash : apparently you have to tilt the computer.
And once you have started to tilt it, it will start crashing randomly from time to time.
So you were right, there was a loose connection. But where... that's the question.
