I have a computer with:
A10-7850K
8 gb ram
HDD 7.2 sata rpm
600w power supply (generic)

i want to upgrade my computer with a video card (i know that i have a apu, but i cant affort right know another motherboard and cpu) Which one i choose?
r7 360: Load Wattage: 270 W
Recommended PSU Wattage: 320 W (http://outervision.com/b/xnOHVt)

r9 270: Load Wattage: 337 W
Recommended PSU Wattage: 387 W (http://outervision.com/b/AZxE1i)

The stats are calculated with this http://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator (with all the components taking in cosideration)
i made a reseacrh than the "decents" psus will have 80 plus, meaning that they will have a little more of 80% efficiency, but i know that my psu is genereic and i dont know how much efficiency this will have (if is at least 65% im good to go)

Solution
Does your psu have the required 6 pin power connector for either of your two choices?
If it does, then it should be ok.
But, often generic power supplies do not deliver advertised power.
Worse, if they fail under load they do not have the protective circuitry to keep from destroying anything it is connected to.

If you want to be safe, buy a graphics card that will run on slot power only.
That would be a GTX750ti and possibly a couple of GTX950 versions.

Either GPU would work well with that CPU.

However either GPU is going to push that horrid PSU well beyond what it should be doing. Forget the calculators, forget it all. That PSU is complete garbage and of the house fire quality level.

Get yourself a new PSU before you buy a GPU or you will not be happy, at a minimum it will be unstable, at worst it will destroy your equipment and cause a fire.

I'd say that I'd trust that power supply as far as I can throw it, but given those junk PSUs seem to be about the weight of a couple styrofoam cups, I could probably launch it a decent distance. So replace immediately with a reputable PSU and avoid long-term headaches.

Hey, some of them are full of concrete, you might get lucky ;)
