Computer Crashing while playing games.

I was playing games and after 1-2hours the monitor suddenly shows colors and i hear buzzing sound and the pc restarts.

Specs:
AMD Radeon HD 6950 2GB Dual Fans XFX, Temps while playing games: 70-80 Celsius
AMD FX-4350, Temps while playing games: 50-58 Celsius
Silverstone Strider Essential Enchanced 500W 80Plus
Asus M5A97 R2.0
Kingston HyperX Fury 2x4GB RAM

I havent overclocked anything, i have good fan and heatsink for cpu, i have put thermal paste to the cpu. GPU is kinda dirty, but i dont think thats the problem, im thinking to buy chassis fan but i havent yet.

Sometimes the pc shows error with sad face saying that something happened to pc gathering info then restarts and same happens after 10 minutes if i dont keep the pc shut for 1 hour ish to cool down.

This problem has happened for 5 times now and ive had this pc now for 1 and half week.

Greetings!

I would start with the easiest thing first: Clean your GPU and just see if that helps...if it does, then you have saved time and money. If not, then you at least know it isn't that

Also, do you know the history of this pc? You said you have only had it for a week and a half...where did you buy it? Any info to that regard can help us too.

Does your computer auto restart of Windows update. Sometimes it would do that frequently

I did not buy it i built it.
And it says SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and automaticcly restarts. I ran few stress tests for my gpu and cpu and it wasnt overheating issue. I went to safe mode and tried to delete security update for windows as some people tell it works but it didnt do anything. Im doing scans atm.
