I'm looking for a great price to performance around 200 Euro (Netherlands) CPU, because its gunn be my birthday soon and I want to upgrade from my A10 5800K, I already have a Biostar A880G+ motherboard, but should I wait for Zen and buy a new mobo and CPU, or just buy a FX-8350 or FX-8370? I could wait for AMD Zen to release and buy a FX-8370 because of price drops.

Solution

Way better solution than buying a dual core processor, but I would go to the 4670 or 4690 (non K) if you don't want to buy a Z97 MB. 4590 should be fine too, but 4690k would be my choice
First off, happy birthday.

Whatever you do, you'll need a new motherboard. Zen isn't going to be released until late this year at the earliest and there's no point investing in the FX series now. If you can wait for Zen then great, but I'd only expect Haswell-levels of performance.

Do you have a dedicated GPU?

Personally, I'd go for an i3-6100 with a B150 motherboard and some DDR4 RAM. You may need to save a little more, but it'll be worth it.

What is your use for this pc?
If it is for gaming, no amd processor available today is going to be a reasonable upgrade.
Games depend on the performance of the master thread. Few games can make use of more than 2-3 threads.
The passmark performance rating of a A10-5800K is 4639, and the single thread rating is 1462.

Were you to upgrade to a FX6 or FX8, you would get total ratings significantly higher. That applies when all 6 or 8 cores are fully utilized.
But, the single thread performance rating would still be in the 1500 range.

Past that, your A880G+ motherboard supports only Phenom II / Athlon II / Sempron

No telling when Zen will arrive, what it will cost, and how it will perform.

If you want an upgrade now, look to Intel of some sort.
My suggestion would be a I3-6100 and a lga1151 motherboard.
Passmark rating 5500/2102.
