Is there a single slot GTX 950 or I need to get a new motherboard?

So I am like very close to getting the new GPU but I am still confused. Is there a single slot GTX 950 I could get for under 140 dollars or am I gonna need to go for a new motherboard?
I've been told alot that that the I3/5/7 family is much better for gaming so I wouldn't mind bothering. What's a cheap motherboard? Or I could even get a new PC for like 200-250 dollars even used one would work out.
PLEASE HELP I"VE WAITED ABNORMALLY TOO MUCH

I recommend the GTX 750Ti, as it is single slot and is one of the most efficient cards out there. It's around 110 dollars-ish

Also, the cheapest decent-speed motherboard that I have ever seen is the H81M-P33 but it uses the LGA 1150 processor slot which isn't what you currently have (
