For some reason the family computer won't open up allow any browers to open. It always something along the lines of
" The item 'exe.emorhc.bat' that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly. Do you want to delete this shortcut?"
It shows that when trying to open google chrome. I've run malwarebytes and I'm currently running microsoft security essentials as we speak and it has gotten rid of a trojan virus and hundreds of malware.
I'm not sure how to solve this as I can't access the internet through any means via computer, so I have resorted into using mobile.
I'll post as much details as I can.
1) I'm not a techwiz my dad is. He's overseas.
2) I didn't use it till recently so I'm not sure what was downloaded or accessed to cause the problem.
3) Yes our frecken router and such are working perfectly fine.
4) Don't think this really helps but specs as much as I can tell.

16 gb ram
Gtx 980
Win 7
Ssd for os
Hard drive for everything else
5) I'm able to access the internet "very" briefly but thats through using nexus mod manager as mods have access to their websites via link. I can click on that and it takes me to the website fine. But, a couple seconds later it closes by itself. It's not enough time to download another browser that I don't have.
If anyone can offer any advice or help it would be very much appreciated.

Update #1 It just started to happen after I finished running microsoft essentials. The desktop keeps on flashing then restoring icons as if I just turned on the computer. I think this has to be the reason that my internet closes every couple of seconds. Microsoft essentials found a coinminer and it said it succeded in removing that, but it hasn't solved my previous issue. I know that restoring to a previous date has a chance to infect those files previously so I don't want to do that.
Update # 2 I don't know how to post pictures but I just got a pop up that looks like it's microsoft essential but it isnt. It says
STOP: 0x0000050 (0x8872A99) mserv.dll - address ed80ac55
I can't do anything with it. It's just there as if its part of the wallpaper.
