I have uninstalled my intel hd 4000 in my laptop to fix video tdr error mow stuck at black screen need a fix for this. Please do help.
Windows 8.1 64 bit
Amd radeon hd 8730 M
Intel hd 4000
Product name : Dell inspiron 15 3521

Go into safe mode (read your manual) and then reinstall the drivers.

Can't go into safe mode cause after the bios it's showing black screen and the os is windows 8.1 64 bit

If the windows loading image doesn't show at all, you might just have hardware failure. As for safe mode, just read your laptop manual to see how to access it. If you have your install disk that usually works, if not you can make a new one.

Fixed by going into safe mode and disabled intel graphics driver which was not removed properly
