I have followed all the steps in the following lik with no luck

http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems

My pc worked fine in my old case, when i changed it to my new case it got to run windows just once and then when i moved the cables it shut down and stopped working. I just see a black screen, no matter if i use the dvi port of my motherboard, just a black screen. My motherboard is an asus z170 pro gaming and has the red lights working as always did, the graphic card has the fan moving and the cpu fan also was moving. I unplugged and plugged everything a zillion times, with no luck.

I saw i had one metallic cable of the psu over the cpu, maybe that was the cause, though i took off the cpu and seemed fine.

Finally i tried to plug my graphic card hdmi port to the hdmi port of a laptop and saw the psu with a blue light and after that i couldnt make run the pc, just see the motherboard with the red lights when i put the power cable in the psu, so it seems not dead as the motherboard has power but pc doesnt start, i checked the power sw cable is well put in the motherboard so it should work. I am not sure if my psu is dead now or it is another problem, seems pc is going worse instead going better.

Solution
1. If the BIOS is not beeping, first thing you have to do is make sure the PSU is producing the necessary wattage... without equipment you can test this by trying it on another computer or testing your computer with a different PSU.

2. Motherboard red light usually mean RAM issues. Try RAM modules one by one on each RAM slot and make sure they bottom down on the slots.

3. Try resetting the BIOS with the AC cable removed, both the battery removed and the BIOS jumper moved to pins 2 and 3, after that press the power button and hold it for a minute, and next wait 10 minutes... if no change, try a second reset this time waiting a full hour, and if necessary and last hope, wait overnight or 10 to 12 hours. If the PSU and RAM are good and doing an extended BIOS reset don't solve it... the motherboard would be dead... "dead from just changing the case" you may say(?)... yes they can die without warning or apparent cause.

1. BIOS is not beeping, but motherboard is m oving cpu fan and gpu fan is moving also. I do not have another psu. My psu is 900W and it worked fine in the previous case. I read the motherboard manual and it was supposed to be 4 pins for the speaker but i just have 3, the other pins are as the manual says just is missing the last speaker pin.

2. My motherboard ASUS Z170 pro gaming shows red lights by default, i thought it was an error the first time i saw it, but it is as the motherboard is, it worked fine with the red lights.

3. I reset the BIOS as you said and now the psu is working again, many thanks for the tip, but i still see a black screen

CPU: OK, if you mean the CPU cooler can move on top of the CPU(?)... It should not move.. if it does, it may be lose enough that heat transfer is inefficient and the CPU will overheat in seconds and shutdown or not turn on while it's hotter than operating temp range. Take care of that issue and depending on how lose it now is, it may recover normal function.

GPU: (Graphics Processing Unit) is a co-processor and should cool propperly as any CPU. It can also get very hot and needs tight contact with the cooler for propper heat transfer.

mobo speaker: They can have as few as the positive and negative wires only, so it's a matter of looking up which/if speaker header pin is which, that they match the connector and if necessary reordering the wires on the connector for propper contact with the right pins... you can easily remove and reorder these wires with a needle/pin to lift the tiny locking tabs and pulling on the wire while lifting the tab... just watch which wire side is which for reinsertion.

The CPU cooler i think cant move, it is well sticked to the cpu processor. Anyway i would have thouse seconds to see something in screen and i dont.

I dont have a GPU cooler beyond the default gpu cooler which works fine

About the mobo speaker i didnt understand you. I speak spanish maybe you can explain it in that language? My motherboard should have one extra pin for the speaker as it is shown in the manual but it doesnt.

I left my pc tonight unplugged and without the battery, that was what you recommended me if i understood you well?, will try now to see if it works

I suggest you find someone around you that knows how to work with computers well and have them look over the setup. If you are trying to plug in an HDMI cord from your computer to the laptop, it shows you don't have much experience with trouble-shooting or working with computers. Some cable may not be in properly, motherboard may be shorting out on the case, something is not right, and without seeing your system in person would be very hard to figure out what since we can only go by what you say you did, without seeing how you did it or how the system is like.

Everything is well placed, is not moving.

Got the speaker work, i had the speaker pin bent somehow, but it gives no beeps, however when i unplug the memory it gives two short beeps and one long beep and keeps like that.

Well, then forget about the fans being a possible cause.

While the mobo speaker can make a sound there is hope. This means PSU, CPU, and BIOS are working, and it's possibly a RAM or corrupted BIOS issue.
Test the computer with each ram module at a time in each ram slot. If the cause is bad ram or installation issue, whichever good module should make the computer work. and if there is no change, try with a different ram module, to test the same way. The MemOK button resets memory so try it and see what happens. The user manual should describe the MemOK function and usage.

See here if you can find a BIOS beep code that most resembles the code you hear. (I can only find 1 long followed by 2 short)

Finally i bought a new motherboard, Asus Z170-A, now i can get access with the motherboard dvi but i tried with 2 different graphic cards and speaker gives me 1 long beep and 3 short, it doesnt detect a video card, i installed the motherboard drivers with the cd which was in the box. I see the motherboard shows a white light near the graphic card, motherboard is brand new so dont understand what is happening. I used an ati 390 whichs in manual allows 2x6 pins or 2x8 pins power connectors though the the psu just has 6 pins connectors, i tried with an old 4870 ati which uses 2x6 pin connectors and doesnt work either.

I tried to put the graphic card in the other pci slot but it doesnt work either, i see the graphic card fan is moving, seems to have power. Dont know if a motherboard BIOS update could fix this?

Is this the same power supply and video cards you had working in the other case? You should try a BIOS update if there is one in that case. Also make sure the video cards are working in another system if you can.
