the GPU will be compatible with any modern motherboard, including the one linked.
That said, i can't recommend a 970 AM3+ motherboard. AMD doesn't have a CPU that can keep up with today's gaming needs. You really need to go with an LGA 1151 and an i5-6400 to take full advantage of a GTX 1060
