Hi, i'm building a pc and i'm between these two mobo, it's my first time in all this so i don't know which one should i buy, they cost the same where i live so that's why i have this doubt. The other components i have are:
CPU: Intel Core i5-4690
Video Card: MSI GTX 960
Case: Sentey Stealth GS-6008

I think those are the important ones you need to know. Thanks in advance.

Usually you need at least two or more case fans, because the gigabyte has only two fan headers, one for cpu and one for the case fan. That will be not enough, even you can buy the fan splitter adapter for two fans. And more headers will be better. The case cooling like this: http://cdn.overclock.net/d/df/350x700px-LL-dff55b92_ComputerSetUp3.png

If you don't oc the cpu, then either asus, gigabyte, asrock, or MSI MB is good. You will consider the features like how many USB ports, pcie slot, fan headers, etc. For me I like the MB has PS2 port for mosue/keyboard too, in case if you have problem you will need the PS2 mouse/keyboard.

And what about the durability of those motherboards, MSI or Gigabyte, i know you recommend the MSI one but besides the fan headers, is there something to keep in mind?
