PC has no network drivers after reset

I just reset my PC. When I turned on my PC after the reset, I had no network drivers so no networks were discovered by the PC. I have an MSI motherboard, so I tried downloading Killer Network drivers onto a USB stick on a different computer. I could not figure out how to get that to work. How can I somehow get MSI's network/ethernet drivers onto my PC without the drivers?

The drivers should come as a .exe file, just copy that to the USB stick and run the program on the computer that needs the drivers. It may just extract the files instead of install the drivers, watch where it puts the files, go there, and there may be a setup you can run from that location.
