game crash maybe memory error

was wondering if any programmers or someone with crash knowledge reconizes this error. I'm going to rebuild/build a new pc but in meantime am using a radeon 6450 card and I get this crash I didn't use to however just somthin that started

I will post the crash log thing but not sure how I can add or post somthin here at toms. it says Unhandled Exception
Code: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION
Error reading address 0x0

Call Stack
then theres a long list after that how can I post this error log

1| Please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your OS.
2| You can upload your .dmp files onto a file hosting site like Google's Drive(or MS's One Drive or Dropbox) and later link it here for us to study them and provide our suggestions.
3| Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date?
4| How long have you been experiencing this issue?
5| Run memtest86 for at least 10 passes per stick per slot to rule out a faulty ram slot, ram stick or both.
