I have two different systems, I usually prefer intel / nvidia systems because well they're better for gaming but surprisingly I got my hands on a AMD radeon build desktop and someone needs to explain how it runs games much better than my intel system. here's the specs of both systes

intel / x99 16 ddr 4 gtx 1070, intel xeon 2620 v3 ssd m.2
amd is fx 9590, 16 gb ddr3, r9 390, ss2 m.2

Now i'm kinda of old school i'm not much into bench marking i load up a few games, look at the FPS, and compare.

now for example league of legends at all max setting at 1080 p this amd system runs an average of 390 fps, compared to my intel build at 290 fps...?? can someone explain this to me i custom built my intel system, it's running cool and smooth everythings good, they both running win 10 same settings etc etc....yet this amd system blows my intel system out of the water even running the 1070....

is my 2620 bottle necking the system because of the low clock speed at 2.4 ghz? its a 6 core 2.4 ghz processor, that's the only thing i can think of, anyone have some expert advice or thoughts?

Okay, i just bought a 6800k, how much of a performance upgrade am I going to see by swapping out my xeon 2620-v3 and putting in the i7 6800k? and so you're saying my xeon processor is bottle necking my intel system? and that's why this amd system i have is currently beating it?

okay, sorry for all the questions, i know how to put computers together and know a bit about them. but i'm not into the finer technical details, so you're saying the 2620 is definitely bottle necking my intel system correct? and the 6800k will be a huge upgrade and fix the bottle necking issue? and as well after i install the 6800k my amd system will be a hot electric wasting inferior system correct?
