This is my first time trying to build a PC, I'll mainly use it for gaming and some not so heavy workload. I'm not really familiar with overclocking, but would it be better to have it in the long run?

i5 6600/k or i7 6700/k
radeon rx480
2 ddr4 rams

Power supply and fan, I'm not so sure.
Thank you for the answers.

What country? $750 USD is not going to get you overclocking and also a RX480.

Throw in a $200 RX480 assuming you can find one and you're looking at almost $800 already.
