Hey, I'm trying to upgrade this prebuilt PC, sorry but I'm new to the whole process and I need to open up one of the slot covers but I have no idea how it's supposed to open; I have a video showing the slot covers and I was wondering how they are supposed to come off?

I'm relatively new to building PCs so please cut me slack as well..thank you

Typically you have to apply more force than you might think to get the slot cover to pop out. In the past I've had to pop out one end and twist the darn thing until it popped out; not exactly an elegantly designed idea. I watched your video and the only thing I can suggest is trying harder :p But in all seriousness, those things are quite difficult to get out.

Alright.. thanks. Just for confirmation, those things aren't suppose to be reattached, correct?

UPDATE: Hey I know this is late as hell but I ended up getting the things out and I was able to install my 750ti card; but unfortunately in the process of pulling the slot covers out I ended up cutting my thumb really badly and I have a scar on it now... those things are a bitch to get out
