so i bought a new pc a week ago i.e
CPU - Intel Core i5 6500 CPU 3.2ghz,
MOTHERBOARD - MSI B150M Mortar (MS 7972),
RAM - Kingston HyperX Fury 8gb ddr4 2133mhz,
and i am using my old psu and hard drive
PSU - Intex 450 watt
HARD DRIVE - 500GB Seagate Barracuda ST500DM002
I assembled the pc my self and when finally installed the os and booted up i installed the drivers and utilities that came in a dvd with the motherboard and restarted my pc then i opened up task manager to check my performance and i saw that my idle cpu usage is going upto 25-30% and memory usage is around 30%. i tried formatting the hard drive again, i tried fragmentation, tried different os (win7 win8 nd win10), scanned for viruses on my internal and external Western Digital 2TB hard drive, checked for disk errors, i did whatever i could think of but my cpu usage is still same..
Please some help me up with this..and if you want additional info like screenshots i can show you.
