New Pc Build help!

Hey guys this is my first pc build and it turns on perfectly fine and I can see all the led and fans turn on but when I wait for the monitor screen or keyboard to light up or turn on it doesnt turn on what should I do to fix this please help! As well when I press the power button to turn it off it will not turn off I have to turn it off from power supply!

I also Have 2x4 of the jprw2 pins and connected both of those into the 8 pin jprw2 slot and it did not work when I tried it with those in now I took it back out again

Have you tried reconnecting your 24 pin as well? It could be a loose connection. Ensure all your cables are connected properly and report back to me. I need a list of your system specs as well.

Reading the reviews, it's most likely a power supply issue. I would return it and order something like a CXM or EVGA PSU. If you still end up having issues, it will still be good to get the ATX PSU out of your system as that thing is a ticking time bomb regardless. Have you tried ensure that your CPU is seated properly? Take it out and put it back in. Try that before returning the PSU.

As well the computer turns on perfectly it just does not connect to monitor or keyboard or mouse none of those are turning on

You need to have those 8 pin/4pin cables plugged into the system. Just line the pinout up and then plug it in.

okay I did this yesterday and I ensured it was all the way in but when I let the computer run for a minute it still didnt show anything on my screen thats what got me confused should I maybe switch the connectors the other way and btw I have 2x4 pin connectors for that

Did you try reseating the CPU? Please try and be specific as I can help you the most with specific information.

The cpu is in its correct socket I confirmed that before I put on the fan and right now I have one of the 4 pin connectors plugged in the bottom as I think If I put the other one in it still will not work Im trying to narrow down the problem to what it could possibly be

I still advise you to reseat your processor. It's not a matter of the correct socket, it's a matter of your CPU not making all the contacts to the board thanks to a weird mounting. It's not an 8 pin four pin issue. Leave those in and reseat the CPU.
