So to start, I was not sure if this was the right forum to talk about this in, so I hope I am right. Anyways, I would like to get my system specs out of the way to give you guys some insight,
GPU: XFX R9 390X
CPU:I7-2600k 3.4 ghz
RAM:16 gb
Motherboard:Asus P8P67 Pro
And sadly at the time of me writing this I forgot which model of corsair cooler I have, but I will add it later.
Since I built my computer half a year ago I have ran into so many major problems, one of which is pretty major, my cpu and gpu heat up really fking fast and hot when playing pretty simple games, and just completely almost fry themselves when I try to play the games my system is built for. Other problems I have run into over time are quirky sounds like buzzing from my corsair cooler, and electrical whining from my gpu fans(oddly enough its not coil whine its something else).
But I have not found a way to correct anything. Also My cpu temps have reached 90C before, and my gpu temps have reached 75-85C. All my drivers are updated, My Avg software does a great job of keeping my computer cleared of things I don't need, I also keep the hardware very clean at all times, My tower has tons of airflow, so I am kind of lost.

P.S Sorry if I sound a bit noobish, I am pretty young and do not have a lot of experience with all of this, I have mostly been dependent on my older cousins.

Solution
Your GPU temps aren't that bad for gaming, the 390X runs on the warm side anyway. The CPU temps are too high and you're probably running into thermal throttling. Check to see that your cooler is properly mounted. You may need to take it off and clean it and replace the thermal paste (don't use too much). If it doesn't improve, then you may need to invest in a better cooler. Make sure the fans are clean, a little dust can cause them to be out of balance and make noise.
