CPU Cooler and Case Compatability

Context:
I have a cooler master v10 which is 161.5mm tall. I want to know if it will fit in a Phanteks Eclipse P400s which is rated at housing a CPU cooler 160mm tall.
Is this estimate conservative or does my trusty V10 not stand a chance?

Yeah it's pretty ridiculous - it's about as long as my whole damn motherboard! People didn't like it that much when it came out but I'll tell you that I've had that thing for 6 years. I overclocked my i7 920DO to 4.2GHz stable and the V10 didn't even bat an eyelid. It's a true beast and I don't want to let it go if I can help it.
