My good computer's internet speed is very slow compared to other devices.

I have a similar problem as the OP. Terrible internet on one device only. I tried running ipconfig, but the app closes automatically within less than a second from opening. Really clueless now...

@haggahagga: You have to open the Command Prompt window as Administrator and run the "ipconfig /all" command from there.

Not the Search the web and Windows box or the Run Box.
