palit gtx 1060 good or bad?

Hello!
I want to buy a gtx 1060 and the only one i can find in stock is the Palit GeForce GTX1060 Dual,but i have never owned a palit gpu only a gainward 9800gt 1gb.
my questions are:
1.is it a good quality gpu?
2.does it have good driver support with regular updates?
3.does it work well with msi motherboards?

1060 will a good GPU,
Palit are a decent brand, not a top tier but not biostar.
You will be dealing with Nvidia drivers and support, which are okay.
Brand's of GPUs and brand of Motherboards don't really matter so you'll be okay

go for it.

Sorry for the bad vote it was by mistake, how do i undo that?

my specs are:
cpu:i5 6600k
cpu cooler:hyper 212x
motherboard:msi z170a krait gaming
psu:corair rx 750w
pgu:gainward 9800gt 1gb
storage:crucial bx200 240gb ssd and a 2tb hdd
