Hello,
today I need to make my final decision which PC build should I get?
I need your help, so please tell me, build number one or number two?

1. i5-6600(non-K) and GTX 1060
2. FX-8370(OC 4.5ghz) and RX 480

I need to have 60+fps on ultra@1080p (1920x1080). Games like Witcher 3, GTA V, Fallout 4, Crysis 3, Far Cry 4...

NOTE: Both PC builds will use 8gb RAM!

Solution
Not necessarily true with the PSU. Honestly, just get the i5 6500 instead, save a little money, and get the 1060. Even if your graphics card doesn't draw a lot of power it's still important to have a high quality PSU. Also that analogy is incorrect. The 1060 BARELY beats the 980 in only a FEW titles, so comparing it to a 980 is inaccurate. The AMD build will bottleneck the 480, so you might achieve less performance. Go for the first one.

i5-6600 is a must since the FX platform is outated. You could also wait for AMD's new CPUs but i don't even know when they are going to release those.
Now for the gpu part, RX480 is a very decept gpu for 1080p but GTX 1060 is faster and more expensive.
So it comes down to personal preference and budget.
Oh and don't buy a reference design gpu.

I hate when people use low quality power supplies, i just meant that he could could get a 600w/550w PSU which is considerably cheaper. I agree with the 6500. By the fps difference between the 980 and the 1060m is about 2/3 fps which is no significant different experience
