Heya all.

So I'm in a bit of a pickle. I recently bought a PC, I paid about 450$ for (converted from my currency).

Build:
CPU: I7- 4790s
MOBO: Biostark H81MG Ver 6x
RAM: DDR3 8GB
CASE: Deepcool Tesseract
PSU: DE 480w Deepcool PSU
HDD: 1TB HDD (Not sure about RPM)

I however want to upgrade my GPU since I'm currently running on the onboard graphics. I've also tried numerous PSU calculator websites, which I have no idea half of the things they ask. So my question is, should I upgrade PSU rather or should I settle for something like a 750TI. The 750TI is selling for about 210$ in my country. I can also get a good PSU at the local online retailers : http://www.evetech.co.za/PC-Hardware/antec-700w-psu-1770.aspx and http://www.evetech.co.za/PC-Hardware/antec-neo-eco-650w-modular-power-supply-1771.aspx . I would like to atleast run No Man's Sky, which is probably the game with the highest requirements that I would like to play.

Thanks.

Solution
Your PSU should be fine for the new GPUs, at least in the price range your looking for. My advice would be to hold out until you can get a GTX 1060, since your PSU should be able to handle it.

I am currently waiting prices to settle down over here. Keep in mind that my CPU uses less power since It is the S variation of the 4790. Does my PSU have the correct connectors? Sorry, this is my first time building a proper PC.
