Hey all, I'm looking for a good build for a gaming PC that's under $800 Singapore dollars - I can stretch this to maybe $900, but I'd, of course, still prefer to keep it under the budget.

In short, I will be using it for games such as World of Warcraft, Star Wars: The Old Republic, Left 4 Dead, No Man's Sky, so quality graphics and speed are important to me. I don't know much about putting together/building the computer itself but I do have contacts that can help me assemble it.

Things I would like it to have:
1. Intel Core i5-4590
2. NVIDIA GeForce graphics card
3. Windows 8.1

Things I don't need: Any other software, a keyboard, a mouse or monitor.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm hoping to purchase these parts within the next few weeks in Singapore, so a list would be excellent as reference to the part names/codes.

Thanks!

Your list looks great except for no mans sky especially u'll need a lil better gpu. If I were building a new rig today on a budget I'd be all over the AMD 480 gpu. Tests just under the gtx 970 and is only gona be @ $240. Plus I saw a youtube video showing when u crossfire 2 480's (maybe down the road) U get gtx 1080 like results for coupl ehundred less then a single 1080 costs. AMD gpu's are just fine, in fact they maybe better optimized for any game that is also on consoles since both the Xbone and PS4 use same AMD Jaguer gpu. Look at how well mantling worked for games like Battlefield 4 etc. I'm using an Asus Strix R9 390, very happy

1. Considering that his budget was around $660, I don't think that a 480 would've worked into his budget especially considering that he wanted an OS.
2. The OP directly states that he would like to keep it under the budget. We know that the 480 is a good card, but it is not in budget, and thus shouldnt be considered for this build. What use is a suggestion that can't be fulfilled?
3. It is very immature and disrespectful to insult another Tomshardware member. Just because somebody defends their post, that doesn't give you the right to insult them for disagreeing with you.
4. If you want to start a flame war, go back on to tumblr. Tomshardware is a place for constructive criticism and assistance in technology. Not for people to settle arguments.
