Microphone and Audio port on PC

I dont know if they do these are actually a thing but I want a box that can go on my computer desk that has the Audio and Microphone port. The green and red ports. My computer is quite far away from where I sit and it would be far more comfortable if i could put a box with all the ports on there and then wires out the box that goes to the ports on the computer audio card.

You can find extension cables for audio easily, but I have not come across a single box for those so you don't have two separate cables.
You are looking for something like this, but it's only available as adapters and splitters not as an extension.

Don't bother with premade stuff, you can find audio extension cables for cheap, and cable stays for cheaper. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/search?atclk=Color_Black&sts=ma&N=4291292395+4288607166&Ntt=extension+cable+3.5mm has everything from 3 feet to 25 feet, but make sure to get the shortest run you need to keep as much quality as possible. Top them off with http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/118963-REG/OP_TECH_USA_4301002_STRAPEEZ_Black_Pack_of.html if you are lazy, or actual cable guides if you want to be discreet, and it'll be far cheaper. If you have a drill and woodworking knowledge, you can build the box yourself ;)
